Latest News Hurry, Last Week for Masterton District LTCCP Submissions Masterton District residents wanting to have their say on the Draft Long-Term Council Community Plan for 2009/19 have only a few days left to comment.  Mayor Garry Daniell said 31 submissions had so far come in, but Council expected a rush this week as the closing date is this Friday May 22, at 4pm.  To have your say, fill in the submission form in the back of the April 24 Midweek lift-out, go online to the Council’s website www.mstn.govt.nz, send an email to admin@mstn.govt.nz or write a letter and mail to PO Box 444, Masterton 5840.  “Everyone has an opportunity to comment on the Draft 10 year-plan and we would encourage you to make your views heard if you want to have an input into the future development of the Masterton District,” Mr Daniell said.  Summaries of the draft plan are also at the Council and the library, along with copies of the full draft plan. 19 May 2009
