Asphaltic Concrete Resurfacing 2011-2012

Tenders are invited for the construction of approximately 2,450 tonnes of asphaltic concrete and associated works within the Masterton urban area.

Panama - Recreation Land

Tenders are invited for the use of recreational land situated on Ngaumutawa road behind Panama Village, The property number is 120 Ngaumutawa rd. The land area is approximately 4.9 hectares and has recently been used as a sports field. The approved type of recreation will be at Councils sole discretion; however a range of options may be considered.

The land is available for immediate use with the License term to be negotiated.

TENDERS CLOSE Friday 13th January 2012 Envelopes to be marked Attention – Parks Open Space Officer, and posted to: Masterton District Council; PO Box 444 Masterton.

Grazing Land

Tenders are invited for the grazing license of 0.7 hectares (more or less) of land.

The license commences 1st February 2012 and extends to 31st January 2015.

Tender documents can be uplifted from reception (first floor) of the Masterton District Council Office or by phoning 06 370 6300.

Tenders close at 4.00pm, Friday 27th January 2012 and may be placed in the Tender Box 1st floor, Masterton District Council Office, 64 Chapel Street or posted to PO Box 222, Masterton. Tenders should be placed in an envelope and marked:

                          Tender for Grazing - Taranaki Street Reserve
