·         Assumptions, Issues to Think About
·         Group Activities
·         Financial Statements and Accounting Policies

The Draft Long-Term Plan Volume 2 contains:

·         Rates information - contains the policies on how Masterton District Councils sets its rates, and the actual rate
        and charges proposed for the 2012/13 year.
·         General Policies - a range of general Council policies required by the Local Government Act 2000.
·         Treasury Management - policies on how Masterton District Council manages loans and investments.
