Liquidation of Podular - Update Requested

The Times-Age asked for an update on the liquidation of Podular, the company contracted to provide a youth hub at the skatepark. No partially built pod has been progressed for the Council. MDC lawyers are monitoring the situation with the liquidator, but our understanding is that it is extremely unlikely we will be able to recover any money spent on the contract ($267, 661) through the liquidation.
