The Mayor attends lots of community functions throughout the year. You can extend an invitation to attend your event by completing this form. If the Mayor can't attend we can arrange for the Deputy Mayor or a Councillor to attend on the Mayor's behalf. We ask that you complete this form at least two weeks before your event.
There may be occasions when the Mayor has to cancel at late notice due to Council business.
