Maintenance Work | QE Park Cafe & Maintenance Shed Carpark

Closure of Queen Elizabeth Park Café & Maintenance Shed Carpark

WORK INVOLVES: The Queen Elizabeth Park Café and Maintenance Shed Carpark will be closed so the drainage can be upgraded and the surface refurbished and sealed.

Alternative parking will be available at the Archer Street Cemetery carpark.

Service vehicles will be able to use the carpark to complete any deliveries required at the Café.

The Carpark will be available for use during the weekends

WHEN: Three weeks beginning from Monday 11th August. Weather permitting all work should be completed by Friday 29th August.

START AND FINISH: Between the hours of 07:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday.

WEATHER: The work time may be adjusted due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

TRAFFIC CONTROL: During working hours the carpark will be blocked off to the General public.

SAFETY: Please ensure that you do not enter the work area for your and our work force safety.

The Council has contracted Higgins Wairarapa to do this work.
