Parvo virus alert

Parvo virus has been identified as the cause of death for two puppies from the east side of Masterton - from a litter of nine.

The litter was exercised on in public green spaces and streets, including River Road, Oban Place, and nearby school fields.

Anyone concerned about the health of their dogs should contact a vet as a matter of urgency. Unvaccinated puppies and dogs should not be exercised in public.
