Roadworks | Te Whiti Road

Roadworks Notification - Road Reconstruction Works on Te Whiti Road between 546 – 478 Te Whiti Road (Work area between Wardell’s bridge and Lees Pakaraka Road)

As part of the road reconstruction works, we will be carrying out cement stabilising operations on site on Te Whiti Rd. This means that traffic control will be operating a Stop/Go from Monday, 23 March 2026 till Tuesday, 31 March 2026 (between 8:30am and 3pm)to carry out our work safely.

Every 30 minutes, vehicles can pass through the work area in each direction. A traffic management vehicle will lead/escort you through the worksite. This means you may have to wait for a period of 30 - 40 minutes, so please plan for delays and adjust travel accordingly. Please follow instructions of traffic management personnel on site.

This work is planned from Monday, 23 March 2026 till Tuesday, 31 March 2026 (between 8:30am and 3pm) however, in the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances the work may be delayed until the next available fine day.

Please wash your vehicles if you pass through this site as we will be using cement products.
