Work to clear stormwater channel Waipoua River

Masterton District Council contractors will be carrying out scheduled work to clear a stormwater drainage channel on the banks of the Waipoua River adjacent to Oxford Street properties from tomorrow (1 July).

The recreation trail will remain open, but care should be taken to stay clear of heavy machinery being used in the work, which is likely to take around two weeks, and will include removal of vegetation.
