Roadworks Notification - Road Reconstruction Works on the
Northern End of Paierau Road (between State Highway 2 & 630
Paierau Road)
As part of the road reconstruction works, we will be carrying out works on the Northern end
of Paierau Road, between State Highway 2 & 630 Paierau Road.
This means that traffic restrictions will be as follows:
• There will be Road closures in place Monday to Friday, 14th September 2026 to 30th
November 2026 (between 7.00AM and 7.00PM)
• There will be temporary speed limits in place 9.00AM to 4.00PM at the intersections of
State Highway 2 & Paierau Road and State Highway 2 & Loopline
• Detour will be in place for light Vehicles only via Loopline Road
• Heavy vehicles to consider alternate routes via State Highway
• Residents are asked to enter Paierau Road via the Loopline intersection during these
times
This work is planned to start Monday 14th September 2026 till Friday, 30th November
2026 (between 7am and 7pm)
however, in the event of bad weather or other unforeseen
circumstances the work may be delayed.
