October Meeting Notice

The following meetings of Masterton District Council are set down for next month.

Wednesday 7 October

2.00pm - Additional Council Meeting to adopt consultation material in relation to the Revenue and Financing Policy

Venue - Greater Wellington Regional Council Office, 34 Chapel Street, Masterton.

Wednesday 28 October

9.30am - Council Meeting

Venue - Masterton District Council Office, 161 Queen St, Masterton.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the meetings that are not public excluded. Meetings will be livestreamed or recorded and made available on the Masterton District Council YouTube channel following the meeting. Agendas will be available on the Council website (www. mstn.govt.nz) and copies will be available for inspection at the main Council office, 161 Queen Street two working days prior to the meeting.

Opportunity for Public Comment

At the beginning of the 28 October Council meeting, a period is available for those who wish to speak or comment on any matter relevant to the meeting in question. Requests to speak at a meeting should be made to Harriet Kennedy, Governance Team Lead, phone 06 370 6300 or email mdc@mstn.govt.nz at least one clear day before the meeting.
