There are a few ways you can be involved, and we would love to have you!
Cultural Performances
We will have a stage set up for cultural performances throughout the day. If you and your group would like a space on the stage, please complete the performance registration form below and send it to events@mstn.govt.nz Groups can perform for up to 20 minutes each. Performing groups will receive a small koha as a thank you for their time.
Food stalls
We are inviting any cultural groups to sell their local cuisine and show Masterton what they love to eat. We have a limited number of spaces available for groups who would like to set up a stall and sell their food as a fundraiser. First in first served for the spaces and meal choices. Please complete the food stall registration form below and send it to events@mstn.govt.nz
Organisation Information Stall
If your organisation would like to have an information stall to let people know about the mahi you do in our community, please complete the Organisation Registration Form below and send it to events@mstn.govt.nz
What will it cost for me to be involved and what do I need to bring?
Nothing! It’s free to have your cultural group perform or to have a food stall. If you are having a food stall, you will need to bring your own table/gazebo etc and complete a separate link for environmental services (this will be sent to you directly upon receipt of acceptance of your registration).
